Arceus Arceus is the Pokemon who thought of the whole idea of Team Hydro. He asked Empoleon to make a team as he saw something in Empoleon which assured him that it was the right decision. Since then he has been a great friend to the team. He also helps them look for orbs.
Tangrowth Tangrowth is the elder of Silvercove Town. The place where Empoleon grew up. He first met the team while he was trying to stop a big fight in the town. Unfortunately he couldn't do it so Team Hydro stepped in and saved the town from being demolished. After that he promised the team that he would do a better job of protecting the town.
Probopass Probopass is a professor who invents new things for fun. He has always been a trusted friend to Empoleon and the team. Some of his inventions may also help the team with their mission.
